The virtual conference will consist of a stream of keynotes, invited talks, and paper presentations, with the opportunity for questions and answers. The stream will be available in Zoom. In addition, we will use the virtual platforms Slack for interaction between audience and speakers and YouTube for video presentations. Every registered participant will receive invitations to the Zoom meeting and our Slack workspace by email.
Keynotes and invited talks will be presented live in Zoom. After the talk, participants can ask questions in Slack. The session chair will read each question aloud, after which the speaker can answer it live. After the talk, the discussion on Slack can continue in writing until Nov 18, 2020. There will be a separate Slack channel for each keynote and invited talk. Keynotes and invited talks may be recorded.
Papers will be presented in Zoom by first playing a pre-recorded video. After that, participants can ask questions in Slack. The session chair will read each question aloud, after which the speaker can answer it live. After the talk, the discussion on Slack can continue in writing until Nov 18, 2020. There will be a separate Slack channel for each paper session.
